The black rubber backing holds its grip perfectly even during intense games, so my mat stays put no matter how much I lean forward. Art aside, it's done exactly what I needed since day one and my priciest cards haven't picked up a single scratch from the surface.

The fabric surface is really soft to the touch, so my cards slide across it smoothly without catching or sticking. The non-slip rubber back has held its position through a whole evening of matches, even with some aggressive shuffling.

The black rubber backing grips my table perfectly, so it doesn't budge even during intense matches. My cards stay put on the soft fabric surface, and the artwork looks even better in person than in the photos.
